Class Update

Hari Om Kids,
Since many of you have been absent the last few weeks, just wanted to give you an update of where we are in class. On February 2, we started Chapter 14 and completed it February 16. If you were not in class, please read and review with your parents as this is an essential foundation chapter. Also, please do all discussion questions at the end of the chapter . Answering the questions actually leads you to think about how you can apply what you learned to your own lives. 
For the next class:  read chapter 15 on your own and come prepared to discuss

I will see you in a couple of weeks, since I will not be in class the next 2 weeks. Have fun!

Question for the day: Why is the lotus flower often used in Indian Philosophical writings, spiritual writings, and art? (For those who were in class, you already know the answer)
