Hari Om Kids –
Wish you all a very Happy,
safe and a cheerful New Year!
As
we begin the Year, I was looking for a good topic to initiate our
discussion. What else could be better than something that almost everyone starts
off the year with – The ‘New Year resolutions’?
Do you know how many
actually set New Year resolutions each year? More interestingly, do you know
what percentage of them drop off after the initial month? Let us belong to the small
percentage who actually make it through.
Here are some
interesting statistics, published in the Journal of Clinical Psychology.
“Talk to yourself at least once in a Day.. Otherwise you may miss a meeting with an EXCELLENT person in this World”
If this is any indication, the above quote is one of my resolutions. So, what's yours?
Take a minute to share your thoughts and/or resolutions before tomorrow. Since we live in such a connected world, let’s leave last year’s most common excuse "Oh, I didn't check my email" behind us. I want to see everyone's response.
See you all at Balavihar!
One of my resolutions is to perform at least one act of kindness each week.
ReplyDeleteMy resolution is to get along better with my brother...I'm not so sure how that's going to work out...
ReplyDeleteOne of my resolutions is to be more patient towards people
ReplyDeleteOne of my resolutions is to take time in my day to stop for about 10 minutes and just not think about anything. Also, I've come up with a resolution to cycle my frequent sayings, so I don't say "Ain't nobody got time fo' dat" very often.
ReplyDeleteSorry, I'm just replying now because I just checked my email now. Anyway, my New Years Resolution is to be happy as much as possible.
